By using Dawnly, you agree to these terms.
Dawnly is an alarm clock app: you write an affirmation, and speaking it aloud dismisses your alarm. It is a tool for reflection and habit-building. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care.
Dawnly uses Android's alarm system and is built to ring reliably, but no software alarm is infallible. Device settings (battery optimization, do-not-disturb, forced app closure, powered-off devices) can prevent alarms from ringing. Do not rely on Dawnly as your only alarm for critical obligations.
You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Dawnly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including missed alarms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted at this address. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
